I personally feel a good way to not get sued is to not defame, libel, and threaten to murder people, or their children, or infect them with HIV.

I’ve lost track of how many times she has said she’s saving her money and leaving the country.

In any case, you’re right Monica, you’re not a good fit. You don’t contribute in any way, shape, or form. Check kiting and stalking are not positive contributions to society. Helping keep Franzia in business is, however, a positive contribution, so that’s one for the win column.

Let me pose a question to you, if you’re saving your money to move, how will you afford that motorcycle, truck, and inflatable hot tub you keep tweeting about?

Besides her usual attacks against Jews, African-Americans (this reporter counted over 20 uses of the N-word from the former owner of HouseNiggers.com), and TRPWL‘s Michael Whiteacre (who is covering her defamation lawsuit), Foster also made insulting comments about openly gay Jewish media mogul Harvey Levin of TMZ, and Charles Latibeaudiere (also of TMZ). Charles is a scholar and a gentleman.

These are some of her less graphic comments:

Monica made jokes about Christy Mack, who recently suffered a brutal beating, allegedly at the hands of MMA fighter War Machine.

The list of people and companies she has problems with goes on and on, and includes Dog The Bounty Hunter and CMT.

It seems the only person Foster likes is disgraced porn gossip blogger Mike South.

She also launched an attack at the creators and producers of the new TV show Black Jesus.

Aaron McGruder is the creator of Black Jesus. He also created a show called The Boondocks based on his comic strip of the same name. The Boondocks featured a character named Uncle Ruckus who I personally feel may have been based on Monica Foster.

Black Jesus airs Thursday nights at 11pm on Adult Swim.

New court documents detail the unstoppable downward trajectory of the down and out hate site owner

A little background –

Beginning in February 2014, adult business washout and rabid anti-semite Monica Foster began posting Twitter comments and drafting defamatory blog posts claiming that Jennifer Randazza, wife of noted Nevada attorney Marc J. Randazza, has been involved in prostitution, organized crime, and pornography.

On April 10, 2014, in hopes of putting an end to the defamation and harassment, Jennifer Randazza filed suit in District Court in Nevada, for claims of defamation and false light.

Foster, who, according to court documents, is nearly penniless, has had her court fees waived and has been acting as her own counsel in the case.

In May, Foster filed a rambling Motion To Dismiss (MTD), and, at a July 1st hearing — at which the paranoid Foster made her “appearance” by telephone — the court learned that the “electronic communications” Foster has claimed were the basis of her defamatory posts do not exist. Foster’s motion was denied. In other words, the Randazza v. Mayers action survived Foster’s attempt to get it tossed out of court.

In support of her MTD, Foster had submitted a ridiculous affidavit from Diana Grandmason a.k.a. Desi Foxx — the so-called child advocate who 1) married a child predator/sex offender, then 2) pimped her daughter into porn, and later, when the shoots dried up, 3) did ‘doubles’ with her daughter at The Bunny Ranch brothel in Nevada. Grandmason/Fox now claims she was a victim, naturally.

According to the final Order of the Court denying Foster’s MTD, the Foxx affidavit has been stricken from the record, along with another of Foster’s absurd, off-topic pleadings: her Reply to Randazza’s Opposition to the MTD.

In May, he Randazzas also filed an Application for Order For Protection Against Stalking, Aggravated Stalking, or Harassment against the “obsessive” anti-semite, and in June the 35-year old Foster, real name Alexandra Melody Mayers, failed to show up for the hearing in that matter.

In a six-minute hearing in Las Vegas Justice Court, the Temporary Order For Protection was issued against Foster, requiring her to stay away from the Randazza family, their residence, his place of business, and their children’s schools.

For the first time, here is the full Order:

Section 4. is our favorite here at TRPWL. Foster wakes up with a 0.08 blood alcohol level.

Due to the Order, an Early Case Conference (something which is required pursuant to the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure) in the Randazza v. Mayers defamation suit had to be rescheduled at a location other than the offices of Randazza Legal Group. Foster was then duly informed by Jennifer Randazza’s counsel, Theresa Haar, that the conference had been moved to the Las Vegas offices of Holland and Hart LLP, at 9555 Hillwood Drive.

Here is the Amended Notice of Early case Conference:

Notice, the document specifically mentions the Order for Protection.

The purpose of an Early Case Conference is to discuss possible settlement of the case, and propose a plan for discovery. Naturally, it didn’t benefit Foster to discuss discovery in the case, because she would have had to talk about those pesky “electronic communications” that she cannot produce, and which everyone concerned is convinced never existed in the first place –so she no showed at the conference as well.

Her excuse? That she was being lured into a scenario in which she would be violating the Order For Protection…

The same Order For Protection that was issued by a judge who instructed Jennifer Randazza’s attorney to reschedule the conference via the document above so that Foster’s attendance would NOT violate the Order.

Porn’s blowhard Captain Save-A-Ho blogger has yet another credibility problem.

In 2011, gossip blogger, failed talent agent and amateur pornographer Mike South was working as the manager of a now-defunct strip club in Dayton, Ohio, called the Flamingo Show Club. The circumstances by which South came to work — and fail — at the Flamingo are covered in detail here.

In October 2011, a club dancer named Brooklyn playfully jumped up on South’s back, as if to get a piggyback ride. South shattered, and fell to the floor in agony with a broken leg. Mike “Mr. Glass” South later returned to the Flamingo in a wheelchair.

A month later, on November 20, 2011, a dancer named Brandy Daniels came by the club for an audition.

South had positioned himself in his wheelchair — with his leg sticking out — in the most inconvenient place possible, right in the main pathway to the stage. Anyone who’s ever had to deal with Mike South will recognize this character trait: the world has to bend to his needs.

Daniels accidentally bumped into South’s leg, and, apologized.

According to published reports, South grabbed her by the hair, pulled her down to him, and shouted, “Stupid fucking bitch, watch where you’re going!”

The dancer was seriously shaken, and she filed a report with the Vandalia, Ohio PD. South was charged and, following a series of continuances, a court date was eventually set. But Mike South never appeared in court.

South, real name Michael Thomas Strother, fled Ohio after being fired under suspicion that he had been embezzling the failing club. For years, South has publicly denied the charges.

Other than the fact that he never showed up for his court dates, nothing has been reported about the outcome of the matter.

Until now.

Here’s the case summary from Vandalia Municipal Court:

One reason why the case didn’t turn up on background searches for South/Strother is because the court misspelled his surname as “Strothers”. (Don’t worry, we’ve already petitioned the court to correct that oversight.)

Such misspellings are common in court filings. Even War Machine a.k.a. Jonathan Koppenhaver’s name is misspelled in the criminal complaint currently filed against him in Las Vegas Justice Court regarding the beating of adult film star Christy Mack.

In any event, the full journal of the criminal case against Mike South tells a very interesting tale:

A bench warrant for his failure to appear (FTA) was issued on July 19, 2012. The arrest warrant remained outstanding and active until January 2013. This means that, according to official court records, Mike South was a fugitive from justice for approximately six months.

During those months, South kept the arrest warrant in his name a secret. In fact, South simply tut-tutted away the incident in a September 2012, Gawker profile by Adrian Chen: “I called her a stupid bitch, but I would never assault a female”, he claimed.

The criminal case was finally resolved in 2013 when South took a plea deal.

The way that works is, the defendant has to stipulate to the facts as presented in the complaint. In other words, Mike South admitted that he did what had been alleged and, in return, the state (which was now relieved of the burden and expenses of putting on a trial) agreed to let him be convicted of a lesser charge.

Allow me to paraphrase something posted on a lesser site:

Jonathan Koppenhaver, Donny Long, Mike South… If you’re an adult performer or a dancer and you get involved with one of these guys, remember that this is what they do…and you won’t be any different. This is an ongoing thing with guys like Koppenhaver, Donny and Mike South.

Fortunately, one search on the internet can now tell you to avoid these guys.

In a just world War Machine, Donny Long and Mike South would be cell mates.

According to my sources, on August 27th, a blogger posted as fact that one Ari Bass aka Michael Whiteacre aka Devil Man was served with a restraining order on August 26th.

At 1340 hours this investigative blogger alerted his news team. All of us put in overtime to get to the bottom of the Whiteacre restraining order.

After some digging, and sex with a fat chick we uncovered this:

The TRPWL news team is confused. How can a TRO filed on the 28th be served on the 26th?

Better yet, after checking with the court and Whiteacre it would appear that at the time of this writing it has yet to be served.  Odd to say the least…

It also seems Patrick Stone was so scared when Whiteacre approached him on a public street on Aug 17th, he forgot to call the police, then, still scared out of his mind, he waited until after a story about Whiteacre getting served was published (11 days later), to ask for a restraining order. A restraining order against a man who was already 600 miles away. It’s almost as if he was put up to it… Weird, huh?

I know that some may find this odd, but here at TRPWL when we write stories we ask for quotes — not only from the subject, but from many sources. If you look through our posts we constantly add quotes or changes as they come in, even if the story is weeks old.

Whiteacre reached out to Stone for a quote for this story. That’s what journalists do, they talk to ALL sides…

I’m trusting you not to tell anyone where this came from, but I was just reading Mike South and thought it would be fun to write up his falsehoods of the week. There are so many of them!

Sep 5: “Contrary to what you might read, you don’t get tested before you’re allowed to work”- FALSE. Whether you are brand new to the industry or you are an industry veteran, you can’t work in a scene until you are tested.

Sep 4: “ATMLA is the only LATATA agency that is not charging the 20 dollar premium for 14 day tests and passing it on to talent to help cover the cost of testing” – FALSE. Although it is something that agencies have talked about doing, several agencies are not charging $20 to producers to help performers pay for testing. [This is an issue that TRPWL covered nearly a year ago. In fact, the $20 testing fee has been the single-most divisive issue in LATATA history, according to a  spokesperson for the group. -- MW]

Sep 4: “I am considering purchasing a house in L.A. maybe in the Valley and hiring someone as a live in house keeper and opening a model house”. RIDICULOUS – To purchase a house you would have to be able to put 20% down. Even if Mike was going to buy a low end house, he would need $100,000 as a down payment. Does anyone think that Mike South has $100 in the bank, forget $100,000?

Even if he bought one, would he really charge less than the $35 that everyone else is charging? In a 3 bedroom house, you could only fit 4 girls (assuming one room is for the person running the model house). If you filled all 4 slots, all 30 days, that’s $4,200, enough to cover mortgage payment, electric, insurance, property taxes, other expenses. But how often would you fill all 4 slots, every day of the month? There would be a lot of months where didn’t make enough to cover expenses. He could get a bigger house with more rooms, but that would increase the $100,000 down payment that he already probably doesn’t have. It would also increase all his expenses and he still probably wouldn’t be able to fill all the slots.

Bottom line: that’s just something Mike said to make girls think he’s more than just someone who sits in Podunk Georgia and spews bullshit. In reality, he’s just an industry outsider who sits in Podunk Georgia and spews bullshit. It’s highly unlikely that he’s considering purchasing a model house.

August 28: “Apparently there has been another HIV positive affiliated with Kink.”- FALSE. Kink had nothing to do with it. [Moreover, at that stage there would be absolutely no way to know where someone had potentially been infected unless the performer had only had sex while on set for that producer, or there was a second identified case with whom the first performer had worked for that producer. -- MW]

August 28:- His follow up report-  “Word coming through is that it is a female performer and it was indeed a Kink.com shoot” (about the HIV positive performer). – IMPRESSIVELY FALSE. He confirmed a made-up lie with another made-up lie. Kink had nothing to do with it.

August 29: “ I hope this turns out to be a false positive but the fact that it has gotten this far would seem to indicate that it is unlikely”. WRONG ASSUMPTION. The likelihood of it being a false positive didn’t change during the time she tested and the time the results came back from re-testing. A false positive was relatively likely at that point, and turned out to be the case.

Last week I wrote an in-depth investigatory masterpiece about the plight of one Michael Whiteacre. This was no ordinary story. It was a story of passion, betrayal, and love lost — the story of man wrongly accused of many things, a man some say is more dangerous than HIV..

To recap, basically it was reported on a lesser site that the honorable Mr. Whiteacre was served with a TRO on Aug 26th. A TRO that hadn’t even been filed yet.

Of course as we all know that report was erroneous on all counts, or as Canadians call it “an untruth” (say it with me, “an untruth”). I like to call it a lie, but I’m from Texas and am normally too busy to use big words.

The blogs continued to harass Mr Whiteacre, telling anyone who would listen that Mr Whiteacre was in violation of the TRO. And soon they would see to it Mr Whiteacre was locked up, possibly placed on death-row, where he would live his final days watching Love Boat reruns and learning to knit..

So today, while counting my FSC hush money and looking at nudes of Mark Spiegler, the red phone rang. That’s the TRPWL bullshit hotline…It only rings when bloggers are lying and TRPWL has to print the truth. Lately it’s been ringing a lot but I’ve not been answering out of fear it was a telemarketer.

The call was strange to say the least, The person on the other end said check your email, I replied with, “but why male models?” That’s code for “ok.”

This is what was sent to me from a secretemailaccount@gmail.com:

First, at TRPWL we don’t reveal HIV patients’ real names, unless they lied about having HIV and have jumped on the AHF money train …

These documents seem to be missing from the posts of other bloggers who continually harass and report on Mr. Whiteacre. These top secret documents basically say that any lying piece of shit can FILE for a TRO, but to have it take effect it MUST be served, and such service must done within 5 days of the hearing…

I reached out to Mr.Whiteacre at his top secret hiding place, the Luxor, where he’s checked in under his real name so as to avoid being found and served. I asked him how he was holding up after being on the run for so long. He replied with “Make sure you send me my half of the FSC payoff money, and don’t tell Page I’m betting on Japanese ping-pong again!” Wow, Strong words for a man on the run…

In conclusion, I’d like to say;

Foster’s latest court pleadings, continue this theme.

First, here’s her bizarre Notice of Hearing, which relates to the Protection Order case yet was filed August 18 with the court handling the defamation action.

“No where [sic] has Defendant ever posted a photograph or depiction of Xxxxxxxx Randazza directly…” LOL Nice qualifier, Foster. We’re confident the court will love that one.

Foster’s discussion of the “piece of artistic parody” she created that depicts Jennifer Randazza’a daughter receiving a gang bang award is priceless: it’s not a depiction of Randazza’s daughter, Foster claims, because her full name “is not written anywhere” on it.

Okay, Foster, then this is not a depiction of you.

Seemingly not satisfied that she’d evaded responsibility for her own acts and omissions up to her own standard of zero responsibility and full victimhood, Foster followed up by filing another document, a Statement, on August 24:

Nice to see Crystal Cox make her return in Foster’s pleadings. Isn’t it amazing how Foster’s pleadings have nothing at all to do with the facts in the case? She’s willing to talk ad nauseum about everyone on the planet EXCEPT Jennifer Randazza, the woman she defamed and harassed. Marc J. Randazza is not a party in this action, Foster.

Now Foster’s upset that TRPWL has access to court filings that are a matter of public record. The same filings Foster herself posts at her hate sites. When TRPWL publishes them, however, it’s part of a conspiracy to harass her. And did Foster, the owner of anti-sex worker and anti-semitic hate sites, actually type the words “biased commentary”?  Wow.

Filed September 11, Foster’s most recent court filing is another doozy: Defendant’s Opposition to Motions To Compel Arbitration and To Stay and/or Dismiss The Proceedings. [SPOILER ALERT: yes, she now sees arbitration and out-of-court resolution as part of a massive conspiracy against her, too.]

Ari Bass knew he was headed to jail today so he decided to just skip his court date.  He is now a fugitive and a bench warrant has been issued for his arrest.  i am told that combined with the letters the judge got and his past behavior in and out of court his probation will be revoked and he will do time.

A quick check of court records indicates that someone must’ve forgotten to tell the judge about the warrant she signed … WTF? I  better fax the judge and set her straight…

Poor Whiteacre, looks like all these felonies have finally caught up to him… Fine by me, I’m sick of him correcting my grammar and forcing me to confirm stories before I post them… That’s so 2013.

Let the record reflect that in January 2014, Whiteacre laid the smack down on not one but two men at a hotel bar. He was arrested and charged with 2 felonies. After gossip bloggers found out and reached out to the court to try to sink his battleship, the cases were reduced to misdemeanors:

LOL Thank God for super powerful well-connected bloggers.

Whiteacre had to be in California on Thursday, so he instructed his attorney to get a “re-set” of his status check to a date next week when he could be present. In court this morning, his attorney moved for a continuance, and it was granted. The end.

The irony here is the guy who made up this shit about Whiteacre was actually a fugitive from the law – for six months — after fleeing a jurisdiction in which he’d been charged after accosting a stripper at the club he was later fired from. Since Whiteacre exposed this embarrassing set of circumstances, he’s so butthurt he can’t help but make up stories about Whiteacre.

I myself was gonna write the judge about Whiteacre’s obsession with anal sex and the word ‘your’, but realized it was bad idea after reading this excerpt from the Nevada Code of Judicial Conduct on the prohibition against Ex Parte Communications:

Yeah, that pretty much speaks for itself…

Anyway, if any of you see Whiteacre make sure you  “call the Clark County Sheriffs Dept at (702) 828-3111. explain to them that he has a bench warrant on case # #14F01031X”

Knowing he had work scheduled, he faxed his attorney copies of his paperwork so she could get the reset. Below is the time-stamped fax:

Clearly the reset was already in the works on Sept 30th, the court website shows his attorney was present at the 8:00 am status check where the new date was entered into the record, and anyone who says otherwise is a fucking liar…

He seems to especially enjoy posting under a female adult performer’s legal name on Mike South’s gossip site, and runs around Twitter posing as her.

Here are two examples of Madrid’s handiwork, out of his thousands of tweets. This account is posing as the deceased “Mother of Mark A. Spiegler.”

Ironically, Dasha’s own personal account is locked and not visible to the public.

Dasha also likes to post all over hate site PornWikiLeaks. Again, these are just a few samples.

More proof of Rick’s unhealthy obsession.

The comments section on Mike South’s site has come to resemble the late days of LukeIsBack (LIB) — before Kelli Roberts delivered a coup de grace by stepping in to try to resuscitate it.

For the uninitiated, LukeIsBack was started by muckraker Luke Ford in 2002 to cover the adult business. It became the most popular adult news and gossip site, and was, in fact, his second site after selling LukeFord.com a year prior. As Luke got more involved with Judaism, he sold the site to Cindi Loftus (aka Not Luke) in 2008.

Cindi was no newcomer to the business, but as time went on the appeal of LIB began to degrade. Towards the end it was not uncommon to see hundreds of comments in a single thread, all fighting.

The majority of this was due to pathological thread-derailer Jeremy Steele, however Rick Madrid had a big hand in it as well. He would claim to be a $100,00 contract star shooting in exotic locations and pose as a top female performer. It’s nearly two and a half years and those scenes have yet to appear.

Madrid even made multiple death threats against adult directors Porno Dan and Jim Powers. Please don’t try to read the whole thing — you’ll end up with a headache.

In 2013, after Loftus tried, unsuccessfully, to sell the site, Kelli Roberts came aboard to help.

Kelli took over the day-to-day running of the site in September 2013, and things continued to erode. For the first nine months of 2014, there were an average of only 13 posts a month. About 20% of those posts were Kelli promoting Kelli (some new book or product she wanted to hock, or her bogus rankings and awards, etc…).

LIB’s once vibrant comments section is now a ghost town.

Among the former commenters left displaced by the implosion of LIB was bitter AIM clinic lab rep turned AIDS Healthcare Foundation snitch Tim Tritch. Tritch used the pseudonym ‘Joe Know’ among several others, to rant about the business, while posting with less toxicity under his own name.

Tritch has since selected the apt moniker ‘Jilted‘, and posts fairly regularly on South’s site.

Madrid has found a new home at Mike South’s site, where he’s been welcomed with open arms.

Comments on South’s site appear to be 85% Rick Madrid posting as myself, Sean, Whiteacre, Ricco Marin, the real name of the aforementioned female performer, JoJo, Danny Davis, Jamie Profit, Christina Parreira (Whiteacre’s wife), their dog Dr. Pantufa (misspelled in typical Madrid fashion), Max Murder, Lola Murder, CrunkleSchwitz, and probably a half dozen others I’m forgetting. The only thing missing is Jeremy Steele.

If Mike South actually wanted to not be another Donny Long, he’d need only search for “Rick Madrid” here on TRPWL to find his IP addresses, as well as the female performer’s name under which the mope is posting.

Note that South’s site isn’t a free-for-all; he runs one of the most heavily moderated comment sections I’ve seen. If a comment is there, it’s because he approves and wants it there.

As part of our ongoing investigation of the questionable shooting practices of amateur pornographer Mike South, TRPWL recently recorded an interview with an adult performer and escort who was employed by South in Atlanta, Georgia in 2013. Fearing she would be attacked by South online, she agreed to speak under condition of anonymity.

What kind of scene was described to you in advance of the shoot?

Did Conor ask you whether you had a current test?

I showed nobody my test.

No one ever asked to see it?

Correct.

Did Mike South ever show you his test?

Yes, but it was the quick test.

Yes.

He and the others tested there on set?

Yes, sir. He really wasn’t going to show me their tests, but I made everybody line up. I said, ‘line up and show me your tests.’ I made everybody hand me their tests after they did it.

Can you confirm that he has a notebook where he writes down everybody’s results — the one that was mentioned by witnesses in my previous articles on South?

Yes.

Other than the bukkake guys, who was on set? Who filmed the video?

It was South running camera until the very end, when Conor ran the camera. Because South decided he wanted to be a part of it.

Yes, I’ve heard that the sight of men jacking off turns him on. What was your over-all feeling about the experience of working for Mike South.

I recall being very uncomfortable, and it being one of my most uncomfortable scenes. And at the end of it all, me being uncomfortable with Mike.

I hate Mike South. He’s not very professional. And I just didn’t care for his manners. I didn’t care for the way he conducted his shoot. Also, I was unaware of the fact that it wasn’t going to be male talent on set. The guys were what I call civilians. They were civilians on set. I kind of snooped around afterwards and talked to them.

What did Conor Coxxx tell you about South?

Conor told me not much about Mike, but I know that they are good friends. He basically told me I would be doing a bukkake scene. I was under the assumption that, like every other scene I’ve done, it was going to be professional male talent. So I was just taken aback by the whole situation.

And here is where things get really interesting:

Based on her observations on set, this adult performer believes that South’s bukkake guys “paid to be there. They paid. They paid to be on set.”

I watched the whole thing happen. He sat at a table, he had his little notebook that you referred to, and had them get out their tests. He had them swab, and then they handed him the tests and money. I saw it from the other room. That’s what I assumed it was.

You saw more than one of the men hand him money?

Yes. They came in with their [oral swab] kits, then handed him money.

So, from your vantage point, essentially they’re clients who are paying.

Yes, and being filmed.

Umm, what’s the word for that again? Oh yes — pandering.

Setting aside the legalities for a moment, this would actually be a decent business model if you’re a guy like South who lives with his mother and doesn’t have a lot of cash to spend on shooting content. You have to pay a female performer $700 to do a scene with the untested bukkake crew, and the studio (a hotel room) costs about $100, so you set up a “party”, and invite 9 or 10 guys from the local hobbyist population, who each pay a fee.

Is it true that Conor charges performers (or attempts to charge) a 20% fee instead of 10 or 15%, and doesn’t charge a booking fee to the producer?

Yes, that’s correct.

That helps explain why low-end producers like South, and guys with back alley Clips4Sale stores, like him.

And he [Conor] nickels and dimes the girls for everything and anything. He has you fly places over promises of shoots that really don’t exist or still have to be negotiated. It’s just very disorganized.

Thursday morning, I had a status check in Las Vegas Justice Court. Last January, I caught a case after two idiots jumped me at a casino bar and I kicked their asses. Thankfully, the security tape was running at the time of the incident; the charges against were reduced down to nothing — drunk and disorderly — and I was given some community service.

Since then, the lunatic fringe of porn / anti-porn bloggers have labored under the misapprehension that they can in some way affect my status with the court. One moronic blowhard has repeatedly predicted that “things aren’t going to go well” for me in court Thursday because the “letters” that this army of floor shitters had faxed to the court would lead to me spending time in jail.

Riiiight.

Setting aside the provisions of section 2.9 of the Nevada Code of Judicial Conduct, which prohibits the court from considering Ex Parte Communications, anyone with even a modicum of intelligence would know that no court would bother to consider such material in a case as inconsequential as mine.

Here’s how today’s status check went:

Judge: Good morning.

MW: Good morning, your honor.

Judge: Who is Alexandra Mayers?

MW: She’s a deranged woman who owns some anti-semitic websites, and used to own one called HouseN*ggers.com. This court — another department here in Las Vegas Justice Court — recently issued an Order For Protection to a local attorney and his family, including young children, after Mayers harassed them and made death threats.

Judge: Do you know this woman?

MW: I only met her once, years ago. She has since developed an incredible series of conspiracy theories involving myself and many others, including the Israeli Mossad and the KKK (working together). She thinks that the Anunnaki created or designed her centuries ago to make lists, and that she keeps these lists so that when the aliens come, they’ll know who to kill.

Judge: I’m glad I didn’t bother to read what she sent me.

[Laughter breaks out, and I mean howls of laughter. The bailiff asks for order in the court.]

Judge: [To my attorney] Have you read the letters?

My attorney: No, your honor.

Judge: Well, don’t bother.

And with that, I presented proof of my compliance with the court’s orders. The court issued me updated paperwork, and the Judge set a hearing to wrap up the matter in January 2015.

I have gathered my thoughts over the past few days and decided to respond to the deliberate and personal attacks on myself and on my business entity known as ATMLA as recently reported on MikeSouth.com

First, I would like to thank all of you who have reached out to me directly as well on GFY with your support and reiteration of my character as many of you have known me and my wife for many years as peers, business associates, and friends.

Secondly, in concert with a direct message to Mike South via email, I am publicly requesting to Mike South that the 3 most recent posts as reported on MikeSouth.com be REMOVED….

In response to the numerous false statements reported, I would like to publicly state the following;

For the past 30 years of my life, I have been an entrepreneur, a passive investor, and a financial risk taker, all of which carry a risk of financial impact that could potentially result in bankruptcies, liens and judgments as was the case with me in the early 1990’s, I lost a tremendous amount of assets in real estate, as well as losing a tremendous amount of money with involvement in gambling as I was involved in the casino industry for close to 20 years dating back to 1980. Hence, being that 20+ years have passed since those financial issues occurred, I had no problem securing a surety bond to cover my agency license.

In direct response to the claims publicly posted……

I have no idea who ESTELLE HENRY is and I am certainly not using his SSN.

I most certainly have a CA driver’s license, which has never been suspended or taken away for 40 years and counting.

I have 5 phones in my name, 1 for myself, 1 for my wife, and 3 for 3 of my 5 children.

Over the past 56 years of my life, I have lived in approximately 10 addresses. However, I have owned several pieces of investment properties that potentially show as residences.

I have 3 vehicles all registered in my name.

The 5 criminal records reported are all traffic related citations that appear in a background check comingled as “Criminal/Traffic Records”

Regarding my status with LATATA, being that this is an ongoing situation, I choose to keep the particulars confidential at this time, however, I will state that there was never any vote that resulted in ATMLA being declared a non-member of LATATA. I anticipate that my status will soon be reinstated.

As far as not abiding by any LATATA guidelines, again keeping particulars confidential, I will state that ATMLA’s billing practices and performer rates are no different than the majority of LATATA members, there may certainly be some differences in how non-shoot related expenses are calculated and accessed, but I will go on record to state that ATMLA is directly in line with the majority of LATATA agencies, and in many cases much less in regards to non-shoot related expenses. I would have no issues with anyone’s challenge to this with an invitation to reciprocate in an open books audit.

In regards to any of ATMLA’s represented talent “not liking” myself, or claims of “strong arming for lower rates”, and harassment in the model house: as with all cases of a population of people all involved with one person, it’s rare to find that 100% of that population “likes” that one person, but I am fairly certain that the vast majority of ATMLA’s talent population do “like” me, but managing a porn agency isn’t about being “liked”, it’s about business, and again, I am fairly certain the vast majority very much enjoy and appreciate my style of business.

Regarding claims of performers having to drop rates by half or more, this is totally absurd, ATMLA’s policy with performers rates are directly in line with the majority of the LATATA agencies.

Last but not least, the claim of offering an exchange of sex for the $300 cost of photos. I am extremely proud to go on record and state that in my 16 years and counting of involvement in the adult industry, I have never crossed the line of infidelity to my wife of 12 years, who is very well known and loved amongst many people in the industry. We have always represented ourselves in the industry as a pair, and for someone to make such false accusations and for Mike South to post is simply unethical and morally wrong.

In closing, I again ask Mike South to remove the 3 posts referred to here, feel free to post newsworthy facts such as a pending LATATA membership issue, but I request substantiated facts and not ridiculous falsehood statements. My request for removal are directly related to my desire to not have my wife and my 5 children, grandchildren and family to be victims of collateral damage that is caused with such unethical and morally wrong false accusations.

A 3 day moratorium on adult production was called Wednesday by Free Speech Coalition (FSC) and the Adult Performer Advocacy Committee (APAC).

The production hold was called after FSC’s Performer Availability Screening Services (PASS) program received notification from a public health department official of a possible HIV exposure on an out-of-state (non-California) set.

According to FSC, “In an abundance of caution, we are calling for a three-day hold on production while we evaluate any risk to the performer pool, and determine if a full moratorium is warranted. As with past production holds, we ask that people refrain from speculation until more news is forthcoming, and respect performer privacy. We are currently working with the public health department, the production company, and the performer, and will alert as more information is available.”

Reliable sources inform TRPWL the alleged exposure did not occur in Florida.

Free Speech Coalition Statement:

(August 28, 2014) – Free Speech Coalition (FSC), the adult industry trade association, called for a production moratorium today after one of the testing facilities in its PASS testing system reported a possible positive HIV test for an adult performer.

“There was a positive test at one of our testing centers. Confirmatory tests are not yet back but we are taking every precaution to protect performers and to determine if there’s been any threat to the performer pool,” said FSC CEO Diane Duke.

“We take the health of our performers very seriously and felt that it was better to err on the side of caution while we determine whether anyone else may have been exposed.”

The next steps will be to perform additional tests, determine a timeline, and identify any first generation partners.

“We want to make sure all performers are protected. The performers’ health and safety is the most important thing,” Duke added.

As of this notice, FSC calls for all production to halt immediately, until further notice.

To prevent irresponsible gossip mongers and others from invading performer privacy, FSC is temporarily withholding access to the PASS test verification system.
